I’m Certified in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Health Coaching. My passion is to help other women look and feel their absolute best! With the right fitness and nutrition program, you can look and feel 20+ years younger. I know everyone’s needs are different, which is why my programs are customized to the individual.
We start wherever you’re at in the fitness journey, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro. With my extensive knowledge in plant- based nutrition and flexible dieting, I can help you achieve your goals without sacrificing the foods you love.

Why am I SO passionate about this lifestyle?
I had many health struggles at a young age in a short amount of time. As a result I learned early to appreciate being healthy. I also have a small…no, BIG… fear of hospitals! I want to do everything I can to proactively take care of my health and remain independent.
I had a meltdown when I turned 30!! I remember feeling like I was getting old and life as I knew it was over. As ridiculous as that sounds now, that birthday may have flipped a switch in my mind. I didn’t ever want a birthday to suck like that again.
If you have a fear of going into a gym, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, but I promise it’s temporary, and I will show you how to be confident in any gym environment. I was 33 years old and terrified when I first joined a gym. I brought my daughter (who was 4 years old at the time) to the day care. I got a few introductory sessions with a trainer.
I started making friends at the gym and felt more confident in my abilities. Over the months and years I fell in love with how my body changed.
In my late 40’s I became interested in doing a bodybuilding bikini competition. Most people told me I couldn’t do it because I wouldn’t be able to build enough muscle.
All it takes is people to tell you what you CAN’T do to make you want it more! So I hired a coach and that started my bodybuilding career.
Shawn guided me with a program, steering me towards my personal goal. She instilled confidence, motivation, education, and made it enjoyable. In your fifties, it’s challenging, but Shawn makes it possible. Her personal success is truly inspiring-humble and non-judgmental, she sets a perfect example. It all starts with a phone call.”
