My one-on-one Strong by Shawn Fitness coaching is for you. I’ve been training women of all ages for several years. I always start by understanding where you’re at now. Then we can move forward, giving you the information you need to succeed, not a cookie cutter program.

Once you have completed the Strong by Shawn Fitness 12-Week Program you graduate to my ongoing Stay Strong monthly plan. The idea is we need those first 12-24 weeks to launch you on the right path with a high level of personal support to form great habits. Then you will be well-prepared to continue with a monthly plan!

I’ve always had a schedule that I stick to religiously. I find that consistency is huge to being successful long term. There will be days you don’t feel like training; those are the days you have to fight through and do your workout. They make you mentally stronger!
Whatever I’ve gone through in my life, good times or bad, I’ve been able to rely on one thing: lifting weights for quality of life. It centers me when I feel anxious so it’s good for my mental health. And I know I’m doing everything possible to be independent and not living my later years in a nursing home. Personal Training for Women
Have a busy schedule or live outside Chicago and can’t make it to the in-person gym training? No worries! The online version of the Strong by Shawn Program includes all the content, coaching, and personalized planning that the in-person training has, but with a more flexible schedule and virtual check-ins.

Train in a private gym in Lakewood, IL with Shawn!
In this 1:1 training program, Shawn will be there by your side to show you how to do each exercise, check your form, create a custom plan for you, and cheer you on!
When you sign up, you can select how frequently you’d like to train each week (Minimum 3 month Commitment)
