In this 1:1 training program, Shawn will be there by your side to show you how to do each exercise, check your form, create a custom plan for you, and cheer you on!

When you sign up, you can select how frequently you’d like to train each week (Minimum 3 month Commitment)

What’s Included:

  • Assessment to understand exactly what you want to achieve and prioritize your short and long term goals accordingly. I’ll get a better understanding of your current stress levels, sleep, and nutrition

  • Nutrition (Macronutrients to support muscle growth, fat loss, or body recomping)

  • A Strength Training plan that supports your goals and lifestyle
  • Recommended resources outside the gym for recovery modalities, optimal hormone balance, recipes, meal prep, and supplements

  • Health Coaching – it’s not just about the workouts and nutrition. Lifestyle, Recovery, Mindset, and optimizing hormones are just as important to your long-term success.

1:1 Online (12 Weeks)

Have a busy schedule or live outside Chicago and can’t make it to the in-person gym training? No worries! The online version of the Strong by Shawn Program includes all the content, coaching, and personalized planning that the in-person training has, but with a more flexible schedule and virtual check-ins.

$500/month for 12 weeks

  • Nutrition (Macros to support muscle growth)

  • Health Coaching around nutrition & optimizing hormone levels

  • Support and consulting for two 30-min sessions per month

  • A plan created for you that supports your goals and lifestyle

Once you have completed the Strong by Shawn Fitness 12-Week Program you graduate to my ongoing Stay Strong monthly plan.

The idea is we need those first 12-24 weeks to launch you on the right path with a high level of personal support to form great habits. Then you will be well-prepared to continue with a monthly plan!
